Described by British Vogue magazine as the worlds most in-demand hair stylist. Guido was signed to Redken in 2005 as Creative Consultant, and in 2009 was included on the British Fashion Council's list of 25 Most Powerful People in the Fashion Industry, a list that included amongst others Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, and Alexander McQueen. The turning point of his career was when he was asked to style for George Michaels, Freedom music video, which featured Supermodels Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, and Christy Turlington among others. Guido has become one of the busiest runway stylists in the world, and his work is regularly featured in Vogue magazines around the world, LOVE, V, and W Magazine.

He has in turn become an inspration to Hair Stylists around the world.
